4 Min Read(Reuters) - Two planes carrying about 350 Americans out of Wuhan, China, arrived at an Air Force base in California on Wednesday as the United States stepped up efforts to bring its citizens home from the epicenter of the fast-spreading coronavirus outbreak. The travelers on the two State Department-chartered flights will be quarantined for 14 days, the presumed incubation period of the new coronavirus strain that prompted the Trump administration last week to declare a U.S. public health emergency.
