Washington — Democrats in the House released a transcript of testimony by Laura Cooper, a top Pentagon official who appeared behind closed doors before the impeachment committees on October 23.Cooper is deputy assistant secretary of defense for Russia, Ukraine and Eurasia whose responsibilities include overseeing U.S. military assistance to Ukraine. The planet's biggest shopping day of the year has Alibaba -- China's version of Amazon -- reporting $36 billion in sales President Trump is the first sitting president to attend the New York City Veterans Day Parade The musician and philanthropist will donate proceeds from his new song, composed for the documentary "To Be of Service," to the Patriotic Service Dog Foundation Grammy Award-winning musician and philanthropist Jon Bon Jovi is honoring our veterans and their service with his new song, “Unbroken.” For the next 12 months, all proceeds from the song will go to the Patriotic Service Dog Foundation. Bon Jovi wrote the anthem for the new documentary, “To Be of Service,” about veterans who live with PTSD and the service animals who help them heal. As President Trump spoke before the parade, protesters outside blew whistles and shouted "Traitor" — and even clashed with a World War II veteran in the parade. The 75-year-old joins a growing number of Republicans and a handful of Democrats who plan to leave after next year. CBSN New York's Carolyn Gusoff reports.
