We all ended up walking out the same day they fired her and we met at a restaurant across the parking lot to celebrate with lunch and some drinks.The plant manager was so pissed off by this that he terminated the security company's contract a few days later for violating the terms of their contract (not enough guards to protect the site).They recently fired my department manager, a very cool guy and hard worker and great manager, because he didn't get along with his own supervisor, (who is a huge douche bag and I've heard him talking trash about other employees like a petty high schooler.)It was only three of us in that department, but we held it down.
